We encourage discovery, independent thinking and as many hands on experiences as possible. At this stage of development, it is essential that the children have a variety of concrete experiences to make learning more meaningful and effective.

  • Membership is limited to 24 participating children.
  • Parents assist in the classroom a minimum of two days per month and a maximum of three.
  • Parents attend a monthly school meeting.
  • Parents assist in all fund-raising activities.
  • Class in held on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
  • Parents provided a healthy snack three to four times a year.
  • We follow the El Segundo Unified District calendar.
  • Our class space is generously donated by the El Segundo Parks & Recreation
